- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective items (photos required within 7 days of delivery)
Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Earrings
- Hair accessories
- Custom-made jewelry
- Clothes priced $40 or less than $40
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged after use
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect

Approved Refunds
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for processing
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping fees
- Customs/import taxes
- Lost or stolen packages not insured by the buyer
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the post office, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
