If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective items (photos required within 7 days of delivery)

Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Earrings
  • Hair accessories
  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Clothes priced $40 or less than $40
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged after use

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved Refunds

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping fees
  • Customs/import taxes
  • Lost or stolen packages not insured by the buyer

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the post office, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
